Manufacturing and Enhancement of Knitwear and Textile Garments
Step 1 - Choose Your Yarn
Cotton, organic cotton, mercerised cotton, viscose (CV), bamboo viscose (CV), lyocell (tencel), wools: merino, superfine merino, alpaca, baby alpaca, lambswool, cashmere, mohair, angora, linen, cotton muslin, bamboo muslin and other yarns & fibers – 100% virgin or blended (natural and synthetic) – e.g. natural blended yarn (twisted) – 70% cotton, 30% cashmere.
Ethically sourced, sophisticated and ecological with raw materials from pesticide-free crops.
These certified yarns have been specially selected due their hygroscopic and hypoallergenic properties. Single yarn, or a mixture, we offer a bespoke selection to suit your needs.
Step 2 - Product Design
We offer both ready-made designs and the possibility of designing original and unique patterns.
Choose from a wide range of colours, and sizes. If the desired colour is not included in the Pantone® catalogue we have the capability of working out the desired colour in laboratory conditions and legally reserve it for our client. We have worked from a colour sample as small as a little piece of paper.
Step 3 - Manufacturing
State-of-the-art production facilities, years of experience and various certifications (OEKO-TEX®, WOOLMARK®, GOTS®, CE, Class I medical) to give you the confidence in our products which are refined to the highest standards, both in terms of quality and aesthetics.
Step 4 - Enhancement (Ennobling)
Refinement through our very own WeaveLift™ advanced washing technology and treatments aimed at extracting and preserving the highest possible quality of the product.
Finished product is hypoallergenic, hygienically clean, soft & fluffy and velvety to the touch.
Simply the best quality with a long life span (because we care about the environment).
Step 5 - Labels and Branding
To emphasise the unique properties of the finished products we propose attaching eco-friendly information tags about careful production and finish of the product (organic composition and product purity). To make the design truly yours we offer white labelling with logo printed on a high-quality jacquard label.
Step 6 - Packaging
We offer a range of packaging options for finished products, including
organic / recyclable / reusable packaging
and for example textile bags.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
Enhancement of Your Finished Garments
The technology, based on our own formula that we perfected over the years (which we called WeaveLift™), uses biodegradable, natural enzymes, cationic softeners and even ions of silver within an advanced washing process that:
- Makes the product anti-static, extremely soft & fluffy and velvety to the touch
- Makes the product fully hypoallergenic, antiseptic & hygienically clean
- Maintains appropriate twist of the yarns (the yarns do not split and it stops the product from pilling)
- Cleans the fibres of all manufacturing / industrial residue and dirt (grease, paraffin, dust, human contact, bacteria, viruses, pathogens)
- Allows the colour’s durability to maintain for much longer
- Allows the product to maintains its size, not to deform and not to shrink in a regular washing process (thanks to the process of decatising the product)
- Allows our products to have a long life span - which ultimately, on a macro scale, can contribute to reducing industrial footprint

‣ refinement through advanced washing technology and treatments aimed at extracting and preserving the highest possible quality in the product:
· the product is size stabilized
· the fibers are resistant to peeling
· the color of the product is fixed
‣ all treatments are aimed at cleaning the finished product from manufacturing / industrial dirt and residue:
· removal of grease, paraffin, dust
and other undesirable foreign particles
· removal of human contact particles including:
viruses, bacteria and pathogens
